  inputfiles_mtime uses the -mtime option of find. So, it is given in days.

fwanalog is installed with a high value by default so it can generate reports from as much data as you have. Also, there is a mechanism to determine the new lines in your log so you don't have duplicates.

If you are already using fwanalog and have processed logfiles, you can set inputfiles_mtime to e.g. 2 if your log rotation interval is 1 day.
