  fwanalog uses Analog for reporting. That means that you can use almost all options of Analog. Read the documentation here:

http://www.analog.cx/docs/Readme.html

In your case, you probably need the FILEEXCLUDE (or HOSTEXCLUDE) commands: http://www.analog.cx/docs/include.html

It's best to enter those in fwanalog.analog.conf.local where your other user-settable options reside.
